Removing Barriers to Your Success

CV PAL – Jim Zoll Scholarship

Our scholarships cover the costs for completing an Associate Degree program, transfer program to a University, or a career technical program from Southwestern College.

The Chula Vista Police Activities League (PAL) is an organization composed of community leaders dedicated to improving the intellectual, physical, creative and social skills of the youth of Chula Vista. PAL does this by providing opportunities some youth may not otherwise have. Every year, Chula Vista Police Activities League awards one scholarship to Southwestern College.
